Reflection:
Since I was 8, I have been competing
Competitively in swimming, so it was an easy
Choice for me to join the swim team when
I came to college.
By being on this team I have been able to
Maintain a high level of physical fitness. We
Practice 6 days a week for 2 and a half hours
A days as well as weight lifting in the
Mornings Tuesdays and Thursday. Swimming

From our practices, it is physically challenging
Swimming is a part of me and im thankful
That I have this skill to take with me the rest
Of my life. In the future, I know that I will
Continue swimming even if its just for
